Chicken Xacuti

Traditionally prepared Chicken Xacuti is a Goan style chicken curry. It is made by roasting freshly grated coconut and spices which are later ground into a smooth and thin gravy. Marinated chicken is then cooked in this spicy coconut curry.

Fish Cafreal

It is a preparation of fish in a coriander- mint based marinade amidst other spices, which gives it a little tangy - spicy flavour.

Goan Chanyacho Melgor

This is a traditional dish which is served at the pre-wedding ritual called ''Bikreanchem Jevonn'' and other occasions in Goa. It is made of black chic peas and sambhar masala.

King Prawns

A tasty seafood dish in which the firm prawns are tossed in pepper brandy sauce that brings out the delicate flavours of the shellfish in the simplest way. The dash of brandy adds more flavours making this dish irresistible.
